Spring Market chugging along

Ottawa Market Stats are out!  Month over Month sees a continued increase in activity with prices edging up higher, and the number of days on market decreasing along with fewer months of inventory.  Single family homes are taking a bit longer to sell (townhomes sitting at just 1.5 months of inventory), as buyers have more options for purchasing with the number of active listings being the highest in 5+ years.
